Pioneering Change, Fostering Resilience Founded in June 2023, Mind the Frontline is dedicated to supporting those who selflessly safeguard our communities. Our mission is to pioneer innovation in research, education, and well-being, specifically tailored to the unique needs of healthcare, military, and public service frontline first responders. We provide comprehensive support services designed to enhance mental health and wellness, ensuring that those on the front lines receive the care they deserve.
Comprehensive Support Services
Mind the Frontline offers a variety of resources including the Mind Shield Peer Support LMS™, on-demand and virtual peer support continuing education, online peer support groups, and an extensive resource directory. We provide state-specific mental health, wellness, and recovery resources, a 24/7 peer support hotline, virtual 1-on-1 support, and access to a preferred providers list. Our educational content includes recommended books, podcasts, interactive workshops, webinars, mindfulness practices, and career development resources. Additionally, we offer specialized resources for substance abuse recovery, grief and trauma support, LGBTQ+ first responders, and family and spouse support, alongside holistic and alternative treatment options, community forums, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
