Mark Terry, MPA, NRP

Deputy Chief of Operations

Mark Terry is the Deputy Chief of Operations for Johnson County Med-Act. He has been a Nationally Registered Paramedic since 1987, serving in Kansas City area EMS systems. He holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Kansas. Mark has been active in the EMS community in local, regional and national venues. He contributed to the 2002 National Guidelines for Educating EMS Instructors, Foundations of Education: An EMS Approach., the 2010 American Heart Association Pediatric BLS standards and several American Heart Association educational programs (Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS), CPR Anytime, PALS Anywhere, CPR Friends and Family, LearnSTEMI, and the Core Instructor Course).
