EMT and rising country artist Aaron Carter has been honored with the prestigious Star of Life award by East Tennessee Children’s Hospital.

The Star of Life Award is bestowed upon individuals who exemplify the highest standards of patient care, compassion and professionalism. Aaron’s outstanding contributions as an EMT and his inspiring musical talents have touched the lives of many and served as a beacon of hope and positivity in the community.

In addition to his exemplary service as an EMT, Aaron has been making waves in the country music scene with the recent release of his debut album “This Town.” He recently topped over 1,000,000 streams spanning across all major streaming platforms. He is also nominated for several upcoming music awards in 2024, including several at the Grand Ole Opry for the Josie Music Awards. His passion for music and his selfless dedication to helping others in times of need truly set him apart as a remarkable individual deserving of this prestigious recognition.

“I am thrilled and honored to be a recipient of the East Tennessee Children’s Hospital Star of Life award. I had no idea I was even being awarded this until a few days ago when the coordinator for East Tennessee Children’s Hospital reached out and told me about it. I have been working on an ambulance for over 12 years and I have never got to experience something like this. I am super excited about it, but ultimately, we don’t do this work for recognition or awards, but we do it because we love what we do,” he said.

Aaron will be presented with the Star of Life award at a special ceremony later this week at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, where he and the crews involved will be celebrated for their outstanding contributions to the community and his unwavering dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
