NEW YORK — The family of slain FDNY EMT Yadira Arroyo wanted to make sure kids on Christmas had a special holiday.

Arroyo’s family, along with members of the FDNY, went from room to room yesterday at Saint Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx to deliver holiday cheer, News 12 The Bronx reported.

Arroyo was killed in March 2017 after a Jose Gonzalez allegedly stole Arroyo’s ambulance and ran her over while he was high on drugs, authorities have said. Gonzalez is still awaiting trail.

Family members said they visit children in the hospital because of Arroyo’s love for children. She herself was a mother of five.
