CLEVELAND — A Cleveland EMS paramedic has been placed under arrest after being named in a sex assault complaint allegation.
A patient claims the alleged sex assault happened while they were being transported to the hospital.
Cleveland Police Chief Michael McGrath says officers spent nearly a week investigating the complaint allegations against the paramedic. Chief McGrath says after a consultation with the Prosecutor’s Office, the paramedic, was arrested at his home Monday for investigation of Gross Sexual Imposition.
