Florida Man Blames EMS Delay for Son’s Death

NAPLES, Fla. — Charles Minard has been looking for answers since the death of his son two months ago.

Chaz Minard, 25, died Dec. 21, six days after he was brought to Physician’s Regional Hospital after going into cardiac arrest. Charles Minard believes his son wouldn’t have to died had Collier County EMS arrived at his North Naples home faster.
