Wake Forest, N.C. — Southeastern Emergency Equipment and 5.11 Tactical have announced a relationship to offer Southeastern customers access to 5.11 Tactical Inc. uniforms, apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories.

Southeastern Emergency Equipment Launches E-Commerce Capabilities

WAKE FOREST, N.C. — Carla J. Baker, NREMT-P and President of Southeastern Emergency Equipment, announced that. As an international distributor of emergency medical equipment and supplies, e-commerce capabilities on the website makes it easy for users to order online from their full-line offerings ranging from EMS equipment and supplies to WMD/MCI products and trailers to emergency vehicles.

The proprietary system, eSEE-Store, is available 24/7/365 allowing customers to log in, place orders, check order history, review the status of their orders and access account balance information at any time. Users can easily navigate and order from anywhere in the site and can also build a “shopping list” with items ordered frequently.

“This is a highly customized E-Commerce solution based on the needs of our customers,” said Ms. Baker. “The flexibility and ease of navigation overcome many of the barriers historically found with other online purchasing systems.”

Customer-specific pricing is also integrated into the system. The sales staff can enter quotes for specific items by customer. Customers, with their unique login, will then view the pricing for their items directly on the site. Also included is eSEE-Req, an electronic requisition system that allows for purchase order requirements. User level authority defines different access for different users so an employee can place an online purchase order request and then the manager can approve the request online to complete the ordering process.
