GILBERT, Arizona (12News) – Two people killed in a helicopter crash near Superior on Dec. 16 were remembered at a service Wednesday morning.  Pilot Dave Schneider and flight nurse Chad Frary died when the Native Air medical helicopter went down. The cause of the crash has not been established. The helicopter was owned by Air Methods, Native Air’s parent company.  Paramedic Derek Boehm survived the crash. Officials said he tried to render aid to Frary and Schneider before being rescued from the mountain hours later.  “We knew Chad and Dave for too short a time,” Air Methods Senior Vice President of Western Operations Jonathan Collier told the crowd.
