Man Arrested for Stealing Missoula (MT) Ambulance

An ambulance at a medical call scene in Missoula, MT, was allegedly stolen by a 27-year-old man on Thursday morning, according to television station 8KPAX.

The station reported Yared Lahart was arrested after he allegedly took an ambulance while the crew was on a medical call on West Broadway Street.

According to reports, there was no one in the ambulance at the time and the driver was taken into custody moments after it was reported stolen.

Lahart was charged with felony theft and a felony probation violation, according to reports.
