Pennsylvania Man Accused Of Kicking EMT in Face

LANGHORNE, Pa. — An EMT was kicked in the side of the face while helping a patient on New Year’s Day, according to a report.

Stanislau Rabau was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and harassment.

Levittown Now reports the 32 year old Rabau reportedly asked the EMT if he was a police officer before the alleged kick. Hospital staff were trying to administer an IV.

Police said the EMT had redness on the side of his face.

Rabau was released from police custody on bond.
