Dozens of Ambulances Move Hundreds of Patients to New Medical Facility

NEW YORK — As of 10:25 a.m., 113 patients have been moved to the new Orange Regional Medical Center, which opened this morning, and 96 of those have been settled into rooms.

Dozens of ambulances are involved in the operation, which will transfer 232 patients from Orange Regional’s hospitals in Middletown and Goshen, which will close after the move is completed.
