Ambulance Faulted in West Virginia Crash

Three people were hurt in a crash involving a Boone County (WV) ambulance and three other cars. The ambulance ended up crashing into a fire station.

The person driving the ambulance has been deemed at fault in the crash, WCHS-TV reports.

Authorities say the crash happened Friday when the ambulance was responding to a call with its lights and sirens on and ran at red light.

Two people in the ambulance and a person from another vehicle were taken to the hospital. No patient was in the ambulance.

The fire station received significant damage, according to the report. No one inside the building was hurt.
