New EMS Law Website Launched

Page, Wolfberg & Wirth (PWW), The National EMS Industry Law Firm, today announced the launch of its all-new EMS law website, www.pwwemslaw.com.  The completely redesigned site contains a wealth of resources for EMS agencies, Mobile Integrated Healthcare providers, EMS billing companies, public safety agencies and others related in any way to the provision of emergency medical services and ambulance service in the United States.  It is easily the most comprehensive website on the internet today for EMS law resources and information.

In addition to providing detailed information about the firm’s events, products, services, attorneys and consultants, the new www.pwwemslaw.com site also contains an EMS Law Library and a collection of free forms, policies and sample documents that ambulance services and EMS agencies can use in their operations.  These downloadable documents are provided as a public service by PWW to the EMS industry, and can be customized for use by individual agencies.

The new website will also allow users to browse and order any of PWW’s various products and publications, or to register for upcoming PWW events, such as the 2014 Fall abc3 compliance and reimbursement conference (www.abc3conference.com) or upcoming PWW webinars on billing, compliance, privacy and other important topics geared for EMS leaders.  In addition, users can find all the latest industry news that affects their bottom line, including reimbursement news from Medicare, compliance news from the OIG and news about investigations, audits and enforcement activity occurring throughout the industry.

The website also features a new, multi-media gallery with photos, videos and audio clips that are both entertaining and informative.  Users can also read detailed bios of the firm’s attorneys, consultants and administrative staff, and read about the types of services they provide to the nation’s EMS and Mobile Integrated Healthcare industry.

An enhanced e-commerce experience allows users to efficiently order any of PWW’s well-known products or publications, such as The Ambulance Service Guide to HIPAA Compliance, the HIPAA TV DVD Training program, the Social Media Survival Kit and others.  New functionality allows users to easily find the publications they’re looking for, order, and then check their account and order status.

PWW founding partners Steve Wirth and Doug Wolfberg, who started PWW in 2000 along with the late James O. Page, were thrilled at the launch of the firm’s all-new site, only the third in the firm’s existence.  Said Wirth, “A lot of time and effort went into making this the best and most user-friendly site available for EMS law information.”  Wolfberg added, “Our firm’s sole mission is serving the EMS industry, and providing the most current information and this website will help us do that more effectively.”
