PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (CBS 3) — JEMS Editorial Board Member and Director of the Trauma Service at the University of Pennsylvania John Pryor felt a strong call to duty when America went to war after 9/11. He was killed in the line of duty in Iraq on Christmas Day 2009 when a bomb exploded near his living quarters. CBS 3 Philadelphia featured Dr. Pryor’s story this weekend on the 10th anniversary of 9/11.
