We’re at Day 2 of pre-conference at FDIC International 2023!
What’s on tap for today? We’re again offering our Hands-on Training (H.O.T.) Evolutions and our pre-conference workshops throughout the day.
Later on in the day we’re having our invitation-only JEMS Innovation Summit. The two-day summit is a platform for peer-to-peer interaction among senior leaders in EMS. This is an intimate event is designed to spark new ideas, perspectives and connections.
While not open to the general public, some of the best medic teams from around the country – and as far away as South Korea – are battling it out today in the JEMS Games preliminary competitions.
In no particular order, the teams are: Sussex County (DE) EMS; DC Fire & EMS; Clinton County (IN) EMS; San Miguel (CA) Fire & Rescue; East Central (IN) Fire and EMS Protection Territory; Miami-Dade (FL) Fire Rescue; South Korea National Fire Agency; and the Zionsville (IN) Fire Department.
The top three teams from Tuesday’s preliminary round will compete in Friday’s JEMS Games finals in a 20-minute, high-energy scenario that requires managing multiple patients.
The event kicks off on Friday, April, 28, between 9 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. in the Sagamore Ballroom. All attendees are encouraged to attend to cheer on the final teams and also earn 1 CEH.
