Two Killed, Three Injured in MN Bus Stop Crash

A two-car crash in Minneapolis left two people dead and three hospitalized after one vehicle collided with a bus shelter, according to KARE 11.

Police report that the crash occurred around 10 a.m. Monday when a car traveling north on Emerson Avenue struck another car heading east. The impact sent one vehicle crashing into a nearby bus shelter.

Both occupants of the car that hit the bus shelter were pronounced dead. Two individuals from the other car were transported to the hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.

A teenager who was waiting at the bus shelter was also taken to the hospital but is expected to survive.
