A crew of EMTs and nurses assesses patients at Comic-Con to determine the severity of their conditions before a transport ALS ambulance is requested. The goal is to mitigate the impact on the city’s EMS system.

The goal of EMS at Comic-Con is very service-oriented-to create a positive experience for guests.  Crews direct patients to appropriate care and transport as needed, or provide onsite treatment so they can go on enjoying their Comic-Con experience.
