Responders from Five Cities Fire Authority in Arroyo Grande, Calif., retrieve a male patient who fell over a bridge and into a river. Rescuers set up a raising system while two firefighter paramedics packaged the patient with C-spine precautions and placed him in a Stokes basket. The patient suffered moderate head injuries but was expected to make a full recovery.
