NY Medics Say Narcan is Not a Quick Fix

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – New information tonight on the life-saving drug Narcan, used to treat the rising number of heroin overdoses. Last night we told you that local police agencies have saved more than a dozen lives using this antidote over the past two months. But tonight, paramedics are weighing in and they want to remind people that Narcan is not a quick fix.
