The East Boise County Ambulance District is juggling apparatus as three of its four ambulances were taken out of service due to mechanical issues.
The the district’s two primary ambulances and a backup unit were all sent to the repair shop at the same time, the district announced Monday via Facebook.
The district relocated its four-wheel-drive ambulance from Lowman to Idaho City to ensure coverage for critical calls across the area. Additionally, Acute Rescue and Transport, Inc. stepped in to loan the district an ambulance.
“We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Acute Rescue for their incredible support,” the district said on Facebook.
