Two Rockford (IL) EMS Providers Hurt in Crash

Two Rockford (IL) EMS providers were hurt in an ambulance crash while responding to a call, WREX reported.

The crash happened just after 3 p.m. Monday as the ambulance was crossing Parkview Avenue and Guilford Road and collided with another vehicle. The collision caused the ambulance to end up on its passenger side.

Authorities described the EMS providers’ injuries as minor. The EMS providers, along with the driver of the other vehicle, were taken to the hospital.
