ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – A St. Louis City ambulance caught fire outside of St. Mary’s Hospital in Richmond Heights Sunday morning. After dropping a patient off at the hospital, the ambulance crew came out of the hospital and saw that their ambulance was on fire in the ambulance bay.
