Report: Dallas Drunk Driver Accused of Hitting Ambulance Carrying Pregnant Woman

DALLAS — A suspected drunk driver is charged after a weekend crash involving an ambulance transporting a pregnant woman, according to a report.

It happened Saturday morning involving a Dallas Fire-Rescue ambulance, the local CBS station reported.

Police tell the station the paramedics were not hurt. The pregnant woman was taken to the hospital by another ambulance. Her condition is not known.

The driver of the car was charged with driving while intoxicated and was taken to the hospital.
