CATSKILL, N.Y. (Fox23) — A county-wide ambulance service is being considered in Greene County, and the Ambulance Task Force met Monday to determine if the county should make the switch. County leaders said they’ve seen a shortage of volunteers as well as paid emergency medical services staff throughout the county. To help save money, leaders assembled the task force to decide if a county-wide EMS company is the right choice.
