A woman stole a Los Angeles Fire Department ambulance early Sunday morning and crashed it trying to get away from police.
The ambulance was stolen from the Sherman Oaks Hospital around 2:30 a.m. and the driver led police on a chase that ended in Panorama City when it crashed into two cars.
The person driving the ambulance, as well as three people in the cars that were struck, were injured in the accident.
