Patient Dies after Colo. Ambulance Crash

AVONDALE, Colo. (AP) – An 84-year-old man is dead after an ambulance taking him to a hospital was involved in a traffic accident.

According to KKTV-TV (http://bit.ly/yztmaF ), the accident Thursday involved two other vehicles, causing the ambulance to roll over.

The Colorado State Patrol identified the victim as W.D. Valdez of Rocky Ford.
