Dale Torgerson is the 2015 BLS Provider of the Year and recipient of the North Dakota Star of Life Award.
Dale has roots in EMS that run deep, with three generations assisting their local service. Dale started his EMS career in 1984. He has held many leadership roles with the Kindred Ambulance Service and in the community. He has also been instrumental in growing the service, and is proactive in keeping the ambulance service financially sound. As with any leader in a service, Dale has given up holidays, family gatherings and personal commitments to assist ambulance calls.
