Wilmington, Ohio – Ferno-Washington Inc. announces the sale of its Performance Pools and Veterinary Product lines to Hudson Aquatic Systems Inc., a newly formed company.
The following products will be incorporated into the Hudson offering:

Performance Pools
Ferno will continue to focus its strategic efforts on its EMS and Mortuary divisions.
