CARLISLE, Pa. (AP) – Emergency personnel are responding to a report of a fire with injuries at a central Pennsylvania middle school.
Cumberland County emergency dispatchers say two medical helicopters were dispatched to a middle school in Carlisle after a small fire in a science lab Wednesday morning.
Dispatchers say more than one person was burned but the exact number of injuries was not immediately clear.
The fire was reported around 11:30 a.m. at Wilson Middle School. A phone message left for the Carlisle School District superintendent wasn’t immediately returned.
