MENTOR, Ohio (Fox8.com) — Incredible surveillance video, seen First on FOX 8, shows a forklift, with a man behind the wheel, going up in flames. “The explosion engulfs the whole area,” Richard Wilson of Matrix Tool and Machine, a business across the street, said. Officials tell us the man was transporting machinery to Burton Industries in Mentor at 8:45, Thursday morning. He made a right-hand turn into the driveway of the company; that’s when witnesses said a propane tank fell off the vehicle and the forklift rolls over the tank. Seconds later, there’s a fiery explosion. The driver quickly walks away and you can see white smoke coming from his body.
