Life EMS Ambulance in Michigan is the country’s first emergency service organization to take delivery of Stryker’s newest monitor/defibrillator, the LIFEPAK 35.

This future-ready device is designed to promote confidence, enable clinical excellence and deliver in the most demanding environments through proprietary tools and technology.

“The U.S. launch represents a rewarding milestone in Life EMS Ambulance’s extensive, successful history with Stryker, including an opportunity to provide feedback on an early prototype of the LIFEPAK 35,” said Mark Meijer, founder and president of Life EMS Ambulance.

Life EMS will initially deploy the new LIFEPAK units in its Kalamazoo, Allegan, Van Buren and Fennville operations, following an extensive training and onboarding period, with additional units arriving in October and earmarked for Life EMS Ambulance’s northern rural operations.

The balance of Life EMS operations will receive new LIFEPAK 35s in 2025, for a total of 90 new LIFEPAK units throughout West Michigan. Training and implementation of these devices will begin in the coming weeks and will continue throughout the Life EMS organization.

Features of the LIFEPAK 35
