Chicago Bus Crash Injures 11

Eleven people – 10 passengers and the driver – were injured when a CTA bus was involved in a crash on the Southwest Side on Tuesday morning.

An EMS Plan II response was called for the accident involving a bus on the 2500 block of South Ashland Avenue about 7:30 a.m., Fire Media Affairs Chief Kevin MacGregor said.

MacGregor said 11 people were injured in the crash. Two were in serious condition, eight in fair condition, and one in good condition, he said.
