Baltimore (MD) Firefighter/EMT Dies after Earlier Medical Emergency on Call

Baltimore EMT/Firefighter Juan Wilson has died after fighting for his life for over a month after he suffered a medical emergency while on duty.

Wilson, 34, was an 11 year veteran of the Baltimore City Fire Department. He was assigned to Engine Co. 53 in Edmondson Village.

Wilson had responded to care for a patient in Southwest Baltimore on Sept. 19 when he suffered the illness. His coworkers immediately provided treatment for him and transported him to the hospital.
