CONWAY, AR (KARK) – Paramedics are training with Central Arkansas Special Response Teams on how to readily help the injured at a crime scene. Paramedics with MEMS Little Rock say they saw a paradigm shift September 2013. They used to stage about a mile away from the swat team, waiting for the call for help. But since the Sandy Hook and Boston Bombing tragedies, these medics are closer to the forefront to help police save lives.
