State Board Revokes Tennessee EMT’s License over Prescription Fraud

BLOUNTVILLE, Tenn. – The medical license of a Sullivan County EMT-IV who pleaded guilty to attempted prescription fraud and improperly administered epinephrine to a friend has had his license revoked after failing to comply with a Sept. 28, 2011, board order.

The Tennessee Department of Health’s latest disciplinary action report, issued Friday, states the Emergency Medical Services Board has revoked the license of Robert Chad Barker, Kingsport.
