N.Y. Memorial to Honor Fire, Emergency Personnel

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A memorial service honoring firefighters, auxiliary members, sheriffs and emergency medical services personnel from Onondaga County will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the memorial in front of the county Justice Center in downtown Syracuse.

The county’s Volunteer Firemen’s Association and Sheriff’s Office will recognize those who have died in the last year, or were killed in the line of duty.
