A paid paramedic with the City of Virginia Beach has been arrested on charges of sexually assaulting a minor.
On Wednesday Virginia Beach Police Special Victims Detectives were notified of a sexual assault of a minor. The female disclosed to an adult that she had been sexually assaulted by Steven Mark Frick at his residence and at her home since February. Frick is a friend of the victim’s family.
