Doug Wolfberg, a founding member of Page, Wolfberg & Wirth, has been a practicing EMS attorney for 25 years. Doug is a nationally respected EMS leader who has been involved in the profession for over 40 years, having served as an EMS practitioner, a county EMS director and an EMS administrator at the regional, state and federal levels over the course of his career.

Doug has written countless articles and several books on EMS legal issues, and has been a featured presenter at virtually every national and state EMS conference in the country. Doug teaches EMS Law at the University of Pittsburgh and is also an adjunct faculty member at Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where he has taught Health Law for 20 years.

In his spare time, Doug is a musician and writer, and is currently finishing a book about the Beatles. He is also an avid bicyclist and an annual participant in the National EMS Memorial Bike Ride.
