MIDLOTHIAN, Texas — A 39-year-old city of Seminole paramedic has been charged with possession and Internet transmission of child pornography.
Represented by Odessa attorney Scott Tidwell, John Eric Gilliam appeared in U.S. Magistrate Court Monday and was released on a $10,000 bond.
