SPARTANGURG, S.C. — Shawn Torliff Daily, 36, of Spartanburg was arrested Monday and charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor, first degree.
An 11-year old girl recently came forward claiming Daily sexually molested her multiple times from July 2006, when she was 9, to April 2008, according to a report from the Spartanburg County Sheriff s Office.
