Sheldon Cheskes, MD, CCFP (EM), FCFP, is the medical director for the regions of Halton and Peel, Sunnybrook Centre for Prehospital Medicine. He is an associate professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine in the Division of Emergency Medicine at the University of Toronto. He's also a scientist at the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute at St. Michaels Hospital at the University of Toronto. He serves as a co-principal investigator for the Canadian Resuscitation Outcomes Consortium (CanROC) and is chair of the CanROC EMS Committee.
