Shane Packer is the EMS Division Captain for Colerain Township Department of Fire and EMS. Colerain Township Department of Fire and EMS is an ISO Class 1 department and was the 2018 Ohio EMS Agency of the Year. Capt. Packer began his fire/ems career as a fourth-generation volunteer with the Millville Fire Department (merged with Ross Township Fire Department in 2005) and also worked full-time with Union Township (Clermont County) Fire Department prior to Colerain Township.
