Scott Sasser, MD, FACEP, is an associate professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Emory University's School of Medicine and at the Hubert Department of Global Health, Rollins School of Public Health. He's also the associate director for International Programs for the Center for Injury Control at Emory and directs the department of emergency medicine's International Health Fellowship. He works through an interagency personnel agreement in the Division of Injury Response at CDC's National Center for Injury Prevention and Control (Injury Center) on issues specific to acute trauma care, emergency medicine and EMS.
