Neumar, MD, PhD, is the chair of the American Heart Association (AHA) Emergency Cardiovascular Care Committee, an AHA delegate to the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR), and professor and chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Michigan Medical School.
