Rebekah Davis Reed, PhD, JD, is an attorney and bioethicist. She has over 20 years’ experience in international relations, space policy and operations, strategic communications, and bioethics. Her Houston Law Review article on liability and commercial space flight received the Harrison, Bettis, McFarland and Weems award for outstanding article on damages-related issues. She’s currently chief of the Space and Occupational Medicine Branch at the NASA Johnson Space Center.
