Raymond Florida, BA, MPH, EMT-P, is the executive director of Rockland Paramedic Service Inc. and CEO of Rockland Mobile Care. He has over 30 years combined clinical and administrative experience in EMS in the New York City metropolitan area. He has a master's degree in public health administration and graduated in class 3 of the first paramedic program in New York City at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, N.Y.
