R.J. Frascone, MD, FACEP, is the medical director of Regions Hospital EMS, where he has over 30 years of experience, and associate professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Minnesota. In addition, he's the medical director of Life Link III, which provides ground and air medical transport. He's also a past chair for the EMS Regulatory Board for the state of Minnesota.
