Michael Hayward has 31 years of EMS experience, 26 of those in 911, serving the residents and visitors of Marion County, Indiana, in both street provider, supervisory and leadership roles. In his current position as Chief of Operations for Indianapolis EMS, he oversees the deployment strategy of the largest EMS service in the state of Indiana, responding to more than 130,000 incidents annually.
