Michael E. Murphy, RN, CEN, EMT-P, is the chief of operations of Rockland Paramedic Service Inc. and Rockland Mobile Care. He began his EMS career as a volunteer with BRAVO VAC in Brooklyn, N.Y. He's a licensed critical care and ED registered nurse. He has over 25 years of experience as a field paramedic, 15 of which were in the NYC-9-1-1 system.
