Michael Cohen, BS
Michael is a nationally registered paramedic and graduate from the University of Pittsburgh's Emergency Medicine program who works as a critical care flight paramedic in New Mexico. Prior to that, he spent two years working as a park ranger and paramedic for the National Park Service in Yosemite National Park. Michael has served as an item writer and subject matter expert for the National Registry of EMTs (NREMT) and was recently inducted as a Fellow of the Academy of Wilderness Medicine (FAWM). Additionally, Michael has urban EMS experience in both Pittsburgh and Washington D.C. and holds his International Diploma in Mountain Medicine (DIMM) from the University of New Mexico's School of Medicine.
